This fun, vibrant painting was an act of letting loose. Before the orange and the collection of flowers, I had started another painting of a memory in Peru. I didn't like where the painting was going and felt constricted with the pressure of trying to make such a great memory look good. This painting allowed me to let go of the painting I had originally started and just feel wild and free painting the bright orange and made up flowers overtop. I love how it turned out in the end!
